are enjoying the start of 2003.
With the new year, we are changing our distribution
schedule for this newsletter. This edition is really an e-Postcard
to notify you about a special event taking
place this Thursday, January 16th.
Our regular newsletter will be sent next week, and then
we'll send one every three weeks.
As always, your
comments and ideas are welcome. We wish you the best in 2003,

Introducing
Prairie Cellar Tasting
Join us for the first in our
series of special events, featuring an evening of fine wines,
complimentary hors d'oeuvres and educational materials. Each month
we will serve a full flight of nine wines - some of the finest in the
store - complimented by hors d'oeuvres from The Upper Crust bakery in
Lisle.
The Prairie Cellar Tasting program is
designed to enhance your enjoyment of wine by introducing you to great
value wines that are little known yet highly rated. We'll also help
you increase your knowledge of the wines by providing information on the
featured region, suggested food pairings and details on each selection.
This month we are featuring the finest from
California.
The program runs from 6:30 - 8:00 pm
this Thursday January 16th.
Seating is limited to 30 people, so please
buy your tickets in advance.
This month only - take advantage of our
special introductory offer, $10 per person.
(After January, tickets will be $25 each.)
